The price of an AI chatbot depends on what it needs to do. A bot that answers ten common questions is very different from an AI agent that checks your calendar, books appointments and updates your CRM. Here is how pricing usually works.
Common Pricing Models
Monthly subscription
A fixed monthly fee that covers build, hosting and support. Predictable and easy to budget. Our WhatsApp AI agents start from SGD 800 per month.
One-off build plus running costs
You pay for the build up front, then pay separately for hosting, message fees and maintenance.
Per-conversation pricing
Cost rises with usage. Fine at low volume, harder to predict as you grow.
Do-it-yourself platform
Cheaper in cash, but your time is the cost, and complex needs hit limits fast.
What Drives the Price
The main factors are the number of channels (WhatsApp, website, Messenger), how many systems it connects to, how much custom logic your workflow needs, and how much training data it must learn from. Because every business is different, we scope each project and send a proposal with a clear price and project plan before work starts.
Hidden Costs to Ask About
Ask these before you sign
Message fees. WhatsApp charges per message type. Ask who pays and how it is passed on.
Hosting and maintenance. Is it included, or billed separately?
Changes after launch. Can you update answers and workflows easily, and what does it cost?
Lock-in. Who owns the content and data if you leave?
